Delightful experience at Wild Heart, despite a down pouring type of day. The barista was warm and friendly, and the space was equally welcoming despite being a drive-up hut. The menu was enough to stir this coffee-lover's heart. So many coffee and tea specialties! There was a surprising number of sugar-free options available. My latte was great, and somehow, the price was reasonable, too. Plus, MAJOR shout-out to Wild Heart for using fully compostable cups! Most disposable cups have plastic linings that ruin their recyclability. Not so here; the cups are completely plant-based and much less wasteful than others.

Oh my gosh the most friendly people and delicious drinks. Gave my dog so many treats and answered all my questions. The cups, all compostable!

4.5 with rounding. I ordered the “sugar daddy”, it’s pretty good, of cause I will have a latte and see how it’s taste. Yeah, it’s wired little taste that I can’t really tell they are good quality or not. I guess it’s because the milk they put in, but I won’t say it’s no good, definitely something I will come back again, specially for the “sugar daddy”. You may think did I put the wrong picture here or not but unfortunately, I did not upload the wrong picture, look at their menu you can see they are like franchise from caffe darte I guess. update: the more I drink the more I feel like I am drink water, I believe it’s their milk, wired but good.

This is the only place I go to when I hear myself to a coffee. Not only is the service great and genuine, the lattes are made to perfection ever time. For me, that means they are never cloyingly sweet. I recently took my son with me and he got a mango smoothie. It was so good he was talking about it for days. They treat pooches right, too. I mean, they get special treats in for them and are just so nice to them :-). Finally, the products they serve their coffee and smoothies in are all compatability. That's a huge win in my opinion.

Best coffee drive thru in Albany! Every drink I've had has been delicious. They have so many different yummy flavor combos of lattes & mocha drinks, I want to try them all! Awesome service too ...

I recommend this place! Coffee taste was good considering I got oat/almond milk. just a bit unsweet for my liking.

Adore this shop! Customer service is stellar and drinks always are amazing! (Pictured is the Campfire). If you are a Carmel lover, I highly recommend the Sugar Daddy - Blended ! So so tasty! Definitely can’t go wrong here! Flavors are great. Greatly appreciate the pup treats too, the pup adores them!
